Mary is a compassionate therapist whose work is grounded in the belief that healing and growth occur through safe, authentic, and meaningful relationships. With over 20 years of experience in counselling, crisis intervention, and psychosocial support she has supported individuals, couples, and families through a wide range of personal and relational challenges.
Holding a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (Premarital & Couple Therapy, Children & Adolescents Specializations), Mary brings a warm, collaborative, and culturally responsive approach to her practice. She creates a supportive, non-judgmental space for clients to explore their experiences and move toward meaningful change.
Drawing from systemic, strengths-based, and evidence-informed approaches, Mary works with clients experiencing anxiety, stress, grief, life transitions, relationship and family challenges. Her experience serving diverse communities, including African, Caribbean, and Black populations, has deepened her commitment to equity, inclusion, and holistic well-being.
Mary is enthusiastic about helping clients move beyond survival toward healing, strengthen relationships, and discover their capacity for healing, personal growth, and lasting emotional wellness.
