She works with high-functioning adults navigating anxiety, burnout, perfectionism, chronic stress, and emotional exhaustion—people who often appear to have it all together while quietly struggling beneath the surface. Through a collaborative therapeutic process, Dhundup helps clients explore the patterns keeping them stuck, develop practical coping strategies, and work toward meaningful, sustainable change.
