She has extensive expertise in psychosocial assessment, individual counselling, crisis intervention, suicide risk assessment, and treatment planning for clients experiencing mental health concerns, trauma, abuse, and life transitions.
Lydie applies evidence-based, trauma-informed, strengths-based, person-centred, and cognitive behavioural approaches to foster healing, resilience, and emotional well-being.
